2. Conference Registration
- 1) Pre-registration period: Until August 7 (Fri), 2026
- - Available via the KASBA website top menu 「Convergence Conference - Pre-registration」
- ※ On-site registration may be crowded. Pre-registration is required to participate in industrial tours, family programs, etc. Please complete pre-registration in advance.
- 2) Lifetime membership special enrollment period: May 15 (Fri) – August 20 (Thu), 2026
- - Lifetime members who enroll during this period will be exempted from the conference participation fee (200,000 KRW).
- - Lifetime membership fee: 400,000 KRW

- - Accompanying family members must submit supporting documents (family relation certificate, health insurance card, resident registration, etc.) via email to complete pre-registration. (Submit to: mice1181@hanmail.net)
- - Registration includes: banquet on Aug. 18 (Tue), banquet on Aug. 19 (Wed), luncheon on Aug. 20 (Thu), industrial tour, family program, lucky draw, and souvenirs. (Family members aged 15 and under are excluded from souvenirs.)
- - Pre-registration is only available through the KASBA website. (Credit card payment and bank transfer are accepted.)
